I made arrangements with Chelsie from ultimate Transport 123 to transport my 2006 Toyota Highlander from Queens NY to Ft Lauderdale Florida. There was a major snow event in NY that week but Chelsie kept me informed regularly until she secured a transport company . The driver communicate with me until he picked up my vehicle from Queens NY at 6pm on February 8th. He assured me that the vehicle will be delivered on February 11th and surprisingly it was, just like he said. The driver contacted both me and the person receiving the vehicle 1 hour prior to drop off. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the level of service.
My thumbs up to Ultimate Transport 123.
