I did not sign up with anyone else. When I did a Google search for transport companies, I immediately got 7 emails, 3 texts, and 2 phone calls from potential companies. All they gave me was a quote, I did not give them permission or any indication that I was hiring them as I was price checking. When Jeremy called me, my husband and i stayed on the phone with him for 30 minutes and then signed the one and only contract after he assured me he had a driver ready, that he was NOT a broker, and the truck would be picked up Friday and delivered NO LATER than Tuesday. Ultimate transport 123 is the only company that should have posted it on the general dispatch, but not even then as Jeremy had a driver ready to get it immediately when I signed up. Getcarrier and yellowfin are the 2 other companies that posted the job unauthorized. I am a very patient person as long as the communication lines are kept open and lies are not told to me repeatedly. If the truck wasn't picked up on Friday it won't be here on Tuesday. Plain and simple. So on Friday, when my husband and i left Jeremy numerous messages, he couldn't call us back until almost 4 knowing the place our truck is at closes at 4:30? He said the driver just needed to sign 1 thing then he'd get it. Was that "1 thing" taken care of? Why was there no follow up? Yall dropped the ball on this one big time!
