Customer service was great. Great effort made to keep the customer happy. The pick up was on time and all vehicles loaded carefully, with the exception of the insulation on my exhaust getting caught. (Reason I am not giving it 5 stars, but it was a little fix.) The drop off was excellent. I was still on the road, and the driver had no problem arranging with a friend of mine for a drop off location. I’d use this service again.
