Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was running a little behind schedule for the pick up but was in constant contact with us to keep us up to date on his arrival. That made the pick up process a lot easier for us to plan our day. Upon delivery the driver went above and beyond. The delivery was made to a military installation which required extensive searches and paperwork to gain access. The whole process took him an additional two hours. He never complained to our son about how long it took to get his Jeep. We are extremely happy with the whole process of transporting our son's Jeep from MA to TX. We would highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123 to anyone that needs to have their vehicle shipped.
