To Whom it May Concern-
Client placed a second order in January 2020, while there was an outstanding Cancellation due from an order placed in September 2019 - the two orders have nothing to do with each other - Customer was charged a cancellation for the cancellation of the initial orders booked. This fee is deemed non-refundable.
We hope this information clarifies statements from the Customer.
