Placed order to move a non-running vehicle from Louisiana to Chicago on Saturday, car was picked up one day late on Friday (due to mechanical issue with truck), delivered Saturday night.
Communication was good, the driver is what made the experience worthwhile by being fairly communicative and answering the calls.
My expectations have been met but I would recommend you have ample space to have the vehicle picked up and dropped off and have extra time set aside for the delivery.
