I had done an online search to get rates for shipping. Ultimate Logistics was the only company that called me to possibly answer any questions or concerns about shipping my Mercedes E-320. The pricing was very reasonable. I called dispatch to find out when someone would be scheduled to go out to pick up the car. I received an answer back in less than a half an hour. They were to pick up the car soon thereafter. The driver was very courteous to my Dad who is elderly. He put him at ease and told him he'd take good care of his car. The Company told me it could take anywhere from 3 - 5 days to ship. Of course, I was expecting 6 or 7, but I received a call on the 2nd day to tell me my car was in Florida and that I would receive it the next day. The car arrived on time as promised and without any damage. Thank you. One thing really nice about the Company too, is someone is always available.
