I should have read what everyone else wrote on this ..but instead I went for the best rate I was quoted...just to lose out on my $200 deposit. WHO WANTS A CREDIT WHEN YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE??? Their 'policy' (conveniently listed in a set of FAQs) is that if you cancel your booking (because your car has not even been picked up in 2 months) is that you get a credit to use within a year to ship another vehicle. How dumb is that? In other words you lose out completely--no car, and no deposit returned when they don't follow through.
They did have quick response with sending me a letter to let me know that I have a credit after cancellation. But not quick response with what they do:"ship cars". The amount of money I spent to go with another company + the deposit money I lost = what my car would have originally cost with an expedited 3 day delivery.
My suggestion: Pay a little more with a RELIABLE company to save you the headaches and runaround.
