$200 per order scam

I placed an order on a friday with Ultimate Logistics and immediately sent my $200 deposit via Western Union--immediate cash for them---I called on monday to inquire about the status of my vehicle....they said they had a driver but it would not be picked up for 1 1/2 weeks and would arrive to me 7-10 days after that. I asked for them to look for a driver sooner and after another 5 days they said they had another driver that would pick the car up on a monday--instead of wednesday(which was a holiday-president's day--I didn remind them that was a holiday and they said it would still be picked up)...however, they said "this driver" wanted $50 more money. I told them I didn't want to pay $50 for 2 days earlier pick up. And they said they would split it with me....so I agreed just to get my car to me........well come monday, my vehicle was not picked up.....and I called everyday at least once a day, sometimes more, to inquire about my vehicle....the answer was always the same "We haven't heard from the driver......this just isn't like this driver...we will leave another message for him to call us." I finally asked them how long they were going to wait on this "lost driver" to call back and they said they would re-post it(this was 2 weeks after they received their $200 non-refundable deposit from me). I decided the next day that my vehicle was in more danger being transported by this company given their service so far and I contracted with America's Choice Shippers out of PA...I placed my order with America's Choice on a Saturday and I received my vehicle the following Saturday. America's choice gave excellent service,excellent communication and their quote was very close to Ultimate Logistics quote. I don't believe Ultimate Logistics ever even had a driver scheduled for my vehicle although unfortunately I cannot prove it. I did send them a letter requesting a refund for service not provided but I am sure they will not refund my deposit and I am definitely not ever going to call them again for a service of any kind--so a company credit is worthless. I did try to contact Glen Holman at home and he said he was just the answering service and to call customer service in the morning. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
