Intially they say its their family business and they have been doing it for generations, I picked them because they gave a good time schedule for the rate (1-3 days for pick up and 7-9 days for delivery) After you sent them the intial $200, they go silent and you have to call hundred times a day to get things moving. they picked up my car on the 10th Day after i sent the money. Then the driver pickes-up and then he promises to compensate for the lost time and drop it off in 5-6 days. He arrives 16 days later. Also when I call the dispatch, they are rude. the driver can not be reached. even the dispatch does not get back to you when asked for an update.
Next time if i was to ship my car and Ultimate Logistics is the last shipping company. I will drive all way.
