My story is similar to those below and I have to concur with Nick that the positive feedback listed must be suspect. If these people think they are in the business of moving cars they should consider another business. It has been over month and I have been told twice they had a driver for my car.Then at the last minute they tell me the driver cancelled. They require a letter of cancellation of service upon which they then turn around and say the contract states no refund of deposit if cancelled. I believe they are in business to scam people out of $200 and thats it. I am filing complaints with the BBB and the state attorney general of FL. What is most Ironic is the sales guy Fred warned me on the phone that there are some unscrupulous companies in FL moving cars and I should watch out. It must have been some reverse psycology so that I would not question there ethics. Meanwhile they are probably the lead company to watch out for. Run the other way.
