All Fred wants is your deposit. Once he has your deposit he will never take your call again. If you do get a hold of him he treats you like a different person. The owners Glenn and Evelyn Balan will be getting a letter from my Lawyer demanding the deposit be returned as they do not take calls either. This company is so shady there are no names of any contact people on their web site whatsoever. Further the company goes by 3 or 4 different names. I have found them listed as World Transport Logistics, Car Shippers usa, Ultimate Logistics and Auto Logistics of S. Florida. Why so many different company names?? That should have been the first clue that this was not a reputable company. I bought on price and went against my gut feeling these guys were bad news. To summarize; they have had my deposit for over three weeks and have not even scheduled a pick up for my van yet. I have never once received a phone call from anyone at the company letting me know what is going on yet every day when I call they promise I will get a call back by the end of the day and I am on the "priority" list. It is my opinion that the positive postings on this site are simply employees of the company writing favorable reviews so that they will appear to have satisfied customers. The most disgusting aspect of this company is that they try and keep your deposit with out providing any service. First of all it is totally against the law and they will be required to pay damages, attorney fees, filing charges etc. when they loose in court. The 200 is not that big of a deal however at this point it is the principal of how they run their company.I would run as fast as you can away from this company, as they have provided the worst most unprofessional experience I have dealt with in years. Pay the extra $100 and go with a company that has a proven track record.
