I just recently shipped my Truck from Los Angeles to Seattle using Ultimate Logistics. Admittedly, I was weary of the companies reputation after reading the negative reviews. With precautions in place I went forward using their agency service. After explaining my apprehensiveness and my limited shipping window of 6 days Glen went out of his way to arrange a last minute pick up of my Chevy Blazer in Los Angeles with less than 2 days notice. I received word from my brother that my truck had arrived safely this evening with no damage. Glen was very re-assuring that the Transport company was professional. His price was the cheapest of 8 quotes and my truck was shipped in a brand new 4 car transport truck - it also arrived in Seattle 3 days early!

Glen also worked with me on a custom payment solution which I was more than happy with. I would use Ultimate logistics again without hesitation. Glen's concern for my time constraints and vehicle well being was top notch.

While I can't speak for others experiences I will offer my email address to auto-transport-reviews.com for anyone who wants to confirm my experience. I will also add that in any business you're more likely to hear from those with bad experiences than those who received good timely service.
