After being contacted by dozens of transport company's I choose Ultimate Logistics which was headquartered near the city I was moving to.
Upon contacting them I spoke with Glen Holsman who absolutely put me at ease as I was concerned transporting my car from California to Florida.
When it got closer to my pick up date I was contacted by Terry, Ultimate Logistics dispatcher.
Either she or Glen kept me informed every step of the way.
My vehicle was picked up on a Thursday by a professional driver and a very clean truck. It was delivered to me on Monday in perfect condition. I was amazed how quick it took!!
Glen going above and beyond gave me a call on Saturday, knowing that was the day I was flying to Florida just to see how my trip had gone.
I have been in customer service for over 20 years and Ultimate Logistics absolutely knows how to build relationships.
I highly reccomend anyone thinking of transporting a vehicle to use this fine, professional service.
Way to go Ultimate Logistics and keep up the great work.
