Never having had a vehicle transported before I did not know what to expect. Pat contacted me very quickly and told me I would be inundated with phone calls and emails which I was. He explained that most transport companies are actually brokers that try to find you a place on a truck. I decided to go with Ultimate Auto Shipping b/c of it's 5 star reputation and great customer feedback. Pat answered the phone every time I called and responded to my emails almost immediately. He understood that I was nervous about having my Jeep transported by a 3rd party trucking company and assured me that there would be absolutely no problems. He was correct. No problems what so ever. Thanks again Pat for the great service.
p.s. I noted the vehicle was dirty upon delivery but this was expected as I paid for an open truck and the Jeep is an open vehicle with no top.
