I have never transported a car before. I found the various options to ship. Listing my car to have shipped, I got a lot of calls. Pat with ultimate was one of the first. He explained how the industry worked, all these shippers were brokers and they didn't own the equipment. They posted my car ona central system to be answered by shippers capable of picking up and delivering my car. He told me how much it should cost with minor variation, and told me his cut on the deal. He also directed me to how to get references on each broker. I did my home work, narrowed it to 3 companies that had good references, ultimate being one of the three. I felt that pat had helped me get over my fear of shipping and went with him. It was a good experience that turn out very well.
