I would like to say that this was my first time needing to transport an automobile from one point to another.

From the very start, Pat was very informative and knowledgeable. After receiving all of my information regarding the vehicle, Pat kept me updated daily as to the status of the process. We started out with a low bid, but I was expecting to go higher. I had a ballpark figure in mind as to what it was going to take to get it delivered, but wasn't in any hurry in getting the vehicle moved, so time was on my side. It wasn't until there was no movement on the car that I started increasing the rate as to see what it was going to take in order to get it moved. During this time, Pat still continued to provide me with information on what if any response was being made on the part of any transport companies.

Being a small business owner, I was very pleased to find that Pat's communication was always personable and businesslike. I felt like I was dealing with someone that I had known for years and not someone just offering me a service. It is because of this that I will not hesitate to contact Pat again and have the contact information programmed into my phone and emai.

Very much appreciate the smooth process.
