Patrick was very honest and open during the entire process. He was able to quickly answer all of my questions, provide me with quotes for both open and enclosed carriers, and best of all he had my vehicle picked up the next day. It was delivered in 7 days (Michigan to Arizona)...it probably would have been sooner but both Patrick and the driver informed me ahead of time that the driver would be taking the holiday weekend off. When the car arrived it was dirty (nothing more than what I had expected) but was otherwise in the same condition as when picked up. Overall this was a good experience that left me with absolutely no complaints.
