Pat worked with me in shipping my mother's car to me in California. When I originally requested a quote the car was not ready to be transported. I had to wait another month due to laws regarding release of the automobile after a death. Pat was patient and stayed in contact with me until the time was right for it to be picked up. Then he arranged for it to be picked up the next day. Since no one was at my mother's home at the time of pick up I had to arrange for the neighbor to open up the garage and get the key to the driver. This all happened as planned and the car was delivered a day early in California. Thank you, Pat, for your great service.
