Pat was very tenacious getting my business and I figured that if he was half as tenacious getting my vehicle moved I would have no problems (when you deal with big companies, you usually end up being a number among another 500 other numbers) .
Indeed the job was done on time and my car was delivered without any issue right on time with a great follow up on the phone (usually when the sale is done you never hear from anybody again)
Note that I had to pay $50 more than what was originally quoted to get the job done.
