I had never used an automobile transporting service before and like most others, I was very hesitant, skeptical and quite nervous. I did my homework, read the reviews, recieved quotes and I only had to make ONE phone call. I was lucky. My first and only call went to Patrick Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping, LLC. I called on a Monday and seven days later my truck was delivered safely and soundly.
After my initial phone conversation with Pat, he immediately calmed my nerves and LISTENED to all of my reservations regarding the process. After listening, he then proceeded to answer ALL of my questions, carefully explained the entire process from start to finish and then discussed important issues that I had failed to think about. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his willingness to stay in contact with me, and continually updating me with information along the way. Not only was it a great business relationship, but I feel like I made a friend in the process. How great would it be if all businesses, small and large, treated you that way??!
