Pat was very clear about how the business worked - no fake quotes, no airy fairy promises. He let us know what the options were, and let us make decisions about how we wanted to list our car. When we had problems with the carrier, Pat went to bat for us and fixed them. He was personable and professional, always warm and cheerful. I'd definitely recommend him.
