After reading many online reviews we were quite apprehensive about shipping our vehicle. I initially contacted several companies, but never heard back for days to setup a shipment. I noticed the excellent BBB reviews for Ultimate and emailed Pat on a Thursday night. He personally responded back within 20 minutes. ( No robocalls or emails). We arranged for pickup that following Sunday. We initially heard from our driver Richard when he was 3 hours away. We then heard again when he was 1 hour away. That gave us sufficient time to be ready. During pickup Richard was very attentive to our concerns of shipping a vehicle cross country, and said we could contact him at any time during shipment for progress reports. He responded promptly to the one call we made during transit. Drop-off was arranged and handled just as professionally as the pickup. The recipients were kept in full contact with Richard throughout the day of pickup. Bottom Line: we were very pleased with customer service we received from beginning to end. It truly felt personalized to our needs. We very much appreciate the care and responsibility that was afforded us during the transport of our vehicle and would definitely recommend Ultimate to anyone we know needing this service.
