Shipping a vehicle is a trying experience at best. After much online searching, reviewing and receiving numerous 'automated quotes' I came across Ultimate Auto Shipping. The company was rated A by the BBB (at least when I checked) and the reviews on this site helped immensely. After contacting Ultimate, I found the owner/president - Pat Lynch - to be courteous, knowledgeable and very professional; he explained the process step by step and gave me confidence in his ability to deliver. He kept in contact with me via telephone and email until my SUV was enroute; follow up was equally professional.
He had my BMW X5 assigned to a carrier within an hour of confirming the transaction. It was delivered by Five Star Auto Transporter LLC (out of Denver) who did a great job of getting it from Chicago to Colorado Springs without damage. The price was extremely fair for what I had been quoted; I was very impressed by both companies and would highly recommend Ultimate Auto Shipping in getting your car shipped. Thanks Pat!
