I spoke with Pat the owner and he walked me through his process and step by step how it worked to ship two of our cars from Florida to California. Pat was accessible by email and phone anytime that Ineeded. He was very familiar with the industry and informed me where I was not informed of how car transport worked. The vehicles were picked up on time and delivered within 11 days from Florida to California. When we move back in a few years, we will use Ultimate Auto Shipping again for sure!
