From the beginning, Mr. Patrick Lynch was very informative, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, there was no "fast talking" or "hard sell." He laid out the facts, explained to us how the bidding system worked, and made us feel very comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Our Honda Odyssey was picked up and delivered to the West Coast as advertised.
