I had never required auto transport before so this was all new to me. Mr. Patrick Lynch at Ultimate auto transport took the time to explain the whole process to me which helped a lot. When the original truck scheduled to transport my vehicle broke down. he found another and the schedule did not change at all. This really helped me as I had to leave Florida for Michigan and would have had to change all my schedules if the auto was not picker up on time.
