Overall experience of shipping a vehicle cross-country

The experience I had for shipping my daughter's car cross country was a good one! From speaking with the broker (Pat Lynch) who was very informative and helpful to having the car picked up at my home. The driver of the transport vehicle was extremely thorough in his examination of the car for damage and scratches and also took pictures of my daughter's car, not only for our protection but for theirs. He spent a good deal of time loading the vehicle and made sure it was secure on the carrier. He was friendly and polite and was more than willing to answer all questions we had for him. I felt very comfortable when he took off for the trip. When the vehicle was delivered US Arc Transport, Inc. called not only my daughter for delivery but also me to let me know the vehicle was going to be delivered. Then I received a call from Pat Lynch from Ultimate Auto Shipping, Inc. to ask me if everything went well. My daughter also said when she received the vehicle the gentleman was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this broker and carrier to ship a vehicle. My experience as a first time shipper was made comfortable and hassle free!
