Michelle, thank you for rating me personally as good. You had a specific need to have your car picked up with a very short window, Wednesday only. I was able to arrange this for you because of my relationships with many Carriers, being the owner of the business. Normally they ask for a 24-48 hour window for pickup and delivery due to bad weather, mechanical issues and uncooperative customers. The price that you agreed to is exactly what you paid as stated on your contract and invoice and it was very fair based on your specific need. The car was picked up on Wednesday and delivered Saturday, without interruption. I am sorry that you have buyers remorse but you received exactly what you ordered and paid for, excellent service. You chose our Company based on our unblemished reviews, honesty, one hundred percent customer satisfaction and A rating with the Better Business Bureau. The 2 Star Rating that you gave our Company is based ONLY on price you now feel was too much. Shopping around is not an option in this industry as the Carriers control the rates, not the brokers. In the world of transportation, you get what you pay for, thanks.
