I am new to the car shipping industry. I wanted to ship my car because I hate to drive. Justin Klein offered to help. I became skeptical after hearing from so many companies that I decided to cancel and drive myself. Justin told me how the industry operates and that he would be pleased to help me cancel. After learning how the industry works, I really trust him. Especially after one company told me I could research how it works on Google instead of them being upfront about it. He was transparent and was such a tremendous help. He also told me if I was ever in the market to ship again that he would take care of me. I was relieved to get such great service. I will definitely call him when I am in the market.
