Although there was a misunderstanding at first, Bruce was able to help rectify the matter and get a carrier to transport my vehicle to North Carolina. My only concern is the lack of communication and follow through between management and staff, as certain details (full discount) were not realized as agreed upon. However, overall, everything worked out and the vehicle was delivered in a timely fashion.
