At the time that I scheduled with US Direct Auto Shipping, I chose the most economical option. At no time was it communicated to me that the date I requested was merely a suggestion at that price point.
After repeated calls and attempts to get a status, I was forced to spend approximately $400.00 more to get my car picked up on an appointed date, but stil could not get a firm delivery date.
This could have been avoided had the scheduler explained this to me. I prefer to deal with an honest broker.

Jerald, our solicitation states very clearly that the economy service is a standby service which requires flexible dates. After choosing the economy service you insisted that it had to be picked up right away. We explained to you that we have that option but that it is much more expensive. In this industry you get what you pay for and fast service is never the least expensive option no matter which company you choose. I'm sorry that you did not take the time to read through our email which explains this clearly from the start.
