The company did what it promised to do. The car was picked up in their "window" 1-3 days - they picked it up without incident, and the car was delivered within the window as well. Everyone we dealt with, including the driver of the truck, were courteous and gave explicit instructions. I had the cell phone number of the driver, so I knew where the car was at all times. The car arrived in perfect condition.
