DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY!!! After I signed the transport contract for one price they increased by $150. The classic bait and switch. They gave me the run around for two weeks and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I have since checked with the BBB, US Car Transporters Facebook page and other sources and this is clearly NOT the first time customers have filed VERY SIMILAR complaints. There is a clear pattern of fraud and deception on their part and they have a history of scamming people. They should be shut DOWN. BEWARE!! CHECK WITH THE BBB AND YOU WILL SEE THAT HAVE 16 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM…INCLUDING MINE NOW.
