It's been about two weeks since my card got charged, and my inop car is still sitting in my garage while my mechanic in LA is waiting to receive it. I've burnt so much time trying to deal with this, had nothing but voicemail and phones ringing despite being during business hours. They took my card info, charged the deposit, sent me the wrong kind of truck, over charged me $25 after the original quote was given, said they would promptly find another truck. After that, complete silence on their end. The truck driver they initially hired said they told him to pick up my car on an impossible schedule and were difficult to deal with. I think they just figured they might get to keep the cash if I gave up and disappeared. Gave one last voicemail and promptly set up a credit card charge dispute with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BROKER. Better yet, do business through the shipping companies directly.
