Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. We did have a driver available at the initially quoted price, but on the day of pickup, the representative who handled your agreement was unexpectedly on sick leave. The driver attempted to reach her directly but was unable to connect and continued their route. Consequently, another agent contacted you to inform you that no other cars were scheduled for the same route, leading to the higher price quoted by the new driver.
Please understand that the final price is determined by the carrier, not by us. We made several attempts to accommodate your needs, including offering alternative solutions closer to the original quote, which were declined. When your initial agent returned, she reached out to apologize sincerely and offered a refund if you chose not to proceed. However, you indicated that you were planning to leave multiple negative reviews, as you work in blogs and media marketing.
