We extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you encountered during the recent booking process. Following a thorough investigation, it has come to our attention that a shortage of available drivers along your route resulted in unforeseen fluctuations in prices. Our agent diligently worked to secure the best available option at the initially quoted price but was constrained by market dynamics beyond our control.
We encourage you to review the terms and conditions specified in our contract, clearly stating that the quoted price is an estimate subject to change based on availability. As a broker, our commitment is to provide drivers to our customers at the quoted price, but external factors occasionally necessitate adjustments, as outlined transparently in our contract.
It is important to emphasize that we never dispatch a driver without explicit confirmation from the customer regarding their willingness to accept the proposed fare. We do not alter prices- rather, we communicate the driver's stipulated fare to our customers. Negotiating with drivers to secure the most competitive rates remains our responsibility.
Your feedback and concerns are taken seriously. In response, our manager, Steve, personally engaged with you to resolve the issue and work towards the best possible resolution. Regarding the driver and dispatcher involved, appropriate action has been taken, and our company has ceased business dealings with that particular transport service. Despite these efforts, we understand your decision to provide negative feedback.
We want to emphasize that our company made every effort to address your concerns and provide a resolution. While we believe our company did not deserve a negative rating, we acknowledge the dissatisfaction with the driver and dispatcher, leading us to cease business with them as well.
