Where do I start.HORRIBLE I should have just went with the reviews.Contracted with them on 2-17-22 about getting my car shipped.Was given a price of $250.Which seems to be the start of the bs.Stayed in contact with the rep/broker whoever it was all the way up to the day of pickup.Contacted this guy the day before to confirm that my vehicle was going to be picked up as scheduled.I was informed absolutely it would be.I was also informed he would be in contact with me in the morning which is Wednesday.Morning comes and I don’t hear anything from him.I contact him to see what’s going on and there’s now a change in the pickup date.I informed them before booking that I have a train to catch the next morning and don’t have anyone to give a driver my keys except me.This guy tells me that a driver will be there sometime on Thursday after there finished doing whatever.I informed him if he can’t honor the contract that I signed mind you to just send my deposit back.Here comes the bait and switch.After acting like he’s going back and forth with drivers he comes back with a driver for $500 more than what the contract is for.After going back and forth it got down to $325 to the driver plus the $250 deposit that I already paid.Needless to say I wasn’t paying anything over what the contract was for.NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.I had to cancel my trip and lose part of my train fare for they’re bs.
