US Auto transport is an agent, not a direct transport company. This Company promised me to pick up on 20th October' 2014. After that they informed me pick up is scheduled on sometime between 27th and 29Th October. No body contacted me till 29Th October. After I called back to US Canada, they informed me pick up will be on Friday, 31st October. No one turned up on 31st October, after follow up they informed me pick up will be some time on either Monday 3rd November or Tuesday 4th November. No one called me to inform what is going on and why the vehicle is not picked up. After follow up they inform Truck is at Montana border and will be picked up my vehicle on Wednesday. No one turned up. After repeated follow up and when informed that I am going to cancel this order they finally sent truck on 6Th November, Thursday. Vehicle is new 2014 Mercedes, but transport company "Taylor Transportation LLC" marked scratch on each wheel and on front bumper, though nothing was there.
Ultimately my vehicle was delivered to me on 15Th November by another Transport company "RT transport Corporation". Delivered vehicle was in full of dirt and mud exterior and interior but there was no damage to my vehicle.
Please go through the terms and condition of contract, actually US Canada transport is not responsible for any damage of vehicle. All claims had to be made to transport company who is actually transporting the vehicle. But if some one look at bill of lading of transport company, it is clearly written that transporter is not responsible for any damage. Item #17 - Customer agrees that their vehicle is insured and their insurance has primary responsibility.
