I'll start this out by saying that I did get my car in the end, undamaged, but very dirty. First, the car was supposed to be picked up from the Port of Tacoma on 26 Jan 07, but was not picked up until 29 Jan 07. Also, the car was supposed to be delivered on 7 Feb 07, however that day came and went with no update on delivery status. I called the several times, and all I was told was it was on the truck and would be there next Monday. Monday arrived with no information, so after a phone call, I was told it would arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Dimitri informing me that they would be there that evening. Well 6 pm came around and no word from the company. I called Dimitri and was told that it wouldn;t arrived until Wednesday. Wednesday morning arrived and I received a call around 10am from the driver saying he was at a truck stop and I could come get my car. Hardly "door-to-door" service as advertised and paid for. Being at work at this time, I told him I would no be there until that afternoon (which Itold them from the beginning.) That was not acceptable to him. So, I asked him to leave it at a terminal and I could pick it up, also as adversited, he informed me that there wasn't a terminal he could leave it at. So after much negotiation, I convinced him to wait an hour for me to get a ride there on my lunch break. I arrived at the truck stop, the car was unloaded, but filthy. However, the car was in good condition and undamaged. Because of the totaly lack of customer service combined with their false advertisement, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Delivery was an entire week late with no communication from the company at all.
