I needed to get my Corolla and Rav4 from PA to CO. I stupidly went through a broker who gave me all the wrong information as far as how to pay the driver, etc. The GOOD thing that came out of it was that they had Vlad take my vehicle. He was polite and courteous and even though I had all the WRONG information that the broker had given me, he was patient while I sorted everything out and got him paid. When my contact fell through in CO, he was patient with me once again and though my Corolla ended up being impounded (NOT Vlad's fault!) he helped me find someone to tow and worked with me to get the car to a storage facility nearby as I was not going to be in CO for a while yet. After all this aggravation (which Vlad was very nice about) I dumped the broker and asked Vlad if he would be alright with transporting my Rav at a later date (that's the $1045 price I put in - very reasonable). He was alright with it and contacted me when he was ready to pick up. His communication was excellent and I know I probably drove him crazy but he was patient with me. I was very happy working with him and would recommend him to anyone. It's a shame people have to complain about how he wants to get paid, this is his JOB of COURSE he wants to get paid! And as for being on time, well everyone gets stuck in traffic, you can't control that. There wasn't one thing I had a problem with where Vlad was concerned. I got my two vehicles back just today and they are in the exact condition they left me. Vlad, it was great doing business with you! Thank you for everything! Safe travels!
