Greg clearly explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. The price quoted was never increased and I didn't have to pay UFirst until the pick-up was SCHEDULED with the actual carrier (the carrier got paid upon delivery of the car). They notified me when the car would be picked up (only 7 days after I first called them), provided the phone number of the driver, and the drive called us the day before the car was being delivered to our home. Very easy. Very predictable. VERY SATISFIED.
