This was our first experience shipping a car. We had to get the car to our son who is in college in Boulder, Co. He was hired for a summer internship and needed the car asap. I wasted more than 6 days with another broker that gave me an estimate of $750 and then kept calling to say if I increase that amount by $50 a trucker might be more likely to pick the car up. I did this twice and still no movement. Finally, I was so stressed and running out of time I just happened to find U FIRST, called them late in the day their time, Don gave me a quote of $775 and said he would see what he could do. The very next morning they called to tell me they could pick up the car on Friday and have it there on Monday for $775 and they did. It was great! Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other brokers I contacted. The original broker left a message on my phone to tell me he was canceling my order with him because he saw that I had contacted another broker. After 6 days of him dragging this on and upping the fee every other day he just leaves a nasty message. U FIRST was amazing and I would definitely use them again.
