I booked with this company and was told a date that didn't happen. When I wanted to go with another company because of Don being dishonest he charged my card $75 out of spite. I'm in the United States Army and told JAG about the situation. I was told that they would be on the do not use list. All could've been avoided if Don would've been up front that Tuesday might not be in the cards. I was told Tuesday was when my car would be transported. He told me on Friday that he would call me Tuesday morning he didn't even call me. I had to call him in the afternoon to verify. That tells me he knew he was wrong. Feel free to contact me for more information on this.

This client booked his shipping on 5.21 with a first available date of 5.28. We had a carrier that met all the necessary dates and requirements for this client but it was then brought to our attention that this client had also booked his order with other company. The driver we had lined up for the client then became apprehensive and did not want to hold a spot open for a client that could have the car picked up by another truck wasting gas and time. We contacted the client regarding this issue and he refused to cancel with the other company. The $75 in question is a double booking charge which is clearly listed on our contract which the client read and signed. contract states- ( Double-booking hinders our process in scheduling vehicles and we reserve the right to cancel any order Double-booked with other companies, there will be a $75 cancellation fee for double bookings and no refund is due to the shipper in this case.)
