Due to the bad weather and volume of vehicles backed up coming out of Michigan to AZ & CA, the delay on moving this vehicle was beyond our control. Two carriers cancelled on us and we ended up paying $700 OUT OF OUR POCKET OVER the charged amount to the customer to cover storage and get this vehicle moved. We felt it was the right thing to do due to the delay. We apologize for the delay.
