The ladies in Turbo Auto Transports office Alice and Sheila were very helpful and courteous. They understood the exportation process very well. I had some problems with the paperwork on the car I purchased and their knowledge of the customs systems and people working in those systems proved to be very valuable in getting the paperwork corrected very quickly. The truck driver kept in continous contact with me druing the shipping process so I always knew where the car was and when it would arrive. I am in the customer service business. I know great customer service when I receive it and in this case the service was professional and positive. I will definitiely recommend Turbo Auto Transport to my friends and business associates.
