Great Service Needs to be Recognized

I am a manager at a Porsche dealer in Los Angeles, CA. I sold a vehicle to a client in Canada and needed to replace our previous transporter. Arbitrarily I found Turbo Auto Transport via a web search.

I dialed the phone number and was quite surprised when Jeff, an actual real person answered the phone. Not a machine with prompts.

It's human nature to be a bit pessimistic when speaking to a potential vendor. I had already spoken to 3 or 4 other company's but did not feel confident.

In speaking with Jeff, I knew I was dealing with a professional, someone very articulate who shares his passion and knows his business. He was very polite in telling me his experience with hi-line cars such as Ferrari, etc.

But what stood out to me is that he took the time to answer all my questions, I never felt him rushing me off the phone. Jeff's demeanor and his answers made me feel confident that I was making the right choice.

This particular vehicle was to be delivered door to door, from the dealership to the front door of my customer in Canada. Most of the time, people have to meet the driver at the border crossing. Which can entail up to five hours driving for my client. A big inconvenience for people spending a lot of money. Service at this level has to exceed expectation. Remember my reputation is also involved and at stake in my clients mind.

What a bonus to find a company that goes the extra mile for you. We even had a situation come up concerning paperwork, in which the vehicle needed to be stored at a holding lot (at no extra charge) to await proper documents.

It turns out Jeff is the owner of the company, (how many owners answer every call personally). He directed me to the right employees to correct the situation. Both of them, Savannah and Alice were terrific in handling everything that was required and walking me through the process step by step.

Due to this experience and the confidence I felt with everyone at Turbo Auto Transport, I have since transported over 10 more vehicles with them this year to destinations all over the country and more to Canada. Each transaction completed on time and worry free.

I highly recommend Turbo Auto Transport and Jeff to anyone who needs to transport any type of vehicle.
