I have to admit that when I started shopping for a carrier to bring my son's 2003 Infiniti G-35 home to Phoenix, AZ from his college in Bowling Green OH, I was quite overwhelmed with trying to decide just who to trust. I must have had 15-20 quotes ranging in price from the mid $700.00 range to as much as $1500.00+ from a company that transports dealer autos. Equally important to the cost was the fact that I had been reading this transport review website and seeing nightmare stories about how carriers were non responsive, cars were damaged, etc. So when I got Robert's (or Robbie's) quote, I was taken aback when he said, "please don't discard me because I'm the cheapest", I was a bit skeptical to say the least. Buyt after you spend an entire week, calling anf talking to everyone that you can find and you end up even more confused than when you started, you just want to "end the madness... But for some reason Robert's words stayed on my mind and I decoded to just give him a chance. After all he was one of the least expensive. I emailed him on Tuesday May 8th and told him that the car would be ready the next day, Wednesday, May 9th. My son got a call from the driver on Wednesday, May 9th to schedule the pickup for Thursday May 10th. He was able to load up as much of his clothes from five years at school as he fit into the trunk of the car. The driver met him exactly when he said he would and we got an update call from the driver on Saturday to say that he would be in Phoenix on Sunday around 11:00 AM. We actually received the car around 12:30 PM that afternoon. Everything was completly intact and I would(as you can see) highly recommend Trusty transport to ANYONE seeking a "quality" transporter for their vehicle.
