Nightmare experience with them

I have placed my order with them one week before i left Louisiana. They told me that my car would be in California in 14 business days. Then after i arrived in CA, I called them to follow up my order(I suppose that should be what they would do!) and they told me that they even couldn't find a carrier for me. Then i gave them about one more week. When i called them again, they were SURPRISED that i didn't cancel the order with them!? Altogether they wasted my three weeks doing nothing. My location is not bad: it's just on I-20 in Louisiana and San Francisco in CA. Finally i cancelled my order with them and got out of this nightmare. However, i had to stay at home in SF for almost about one month because i didn't have a car to drive around. So sad for myself. Never use their service!
