This was the second time that I was using Trusty Transport. Even though their communication was not the best compared to other companies, they always seemed to find a driver to transport your car within a 2 day window that is given. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the pickup with the driver due to concern that Dorian was going to hit Miami. Once I explained my situation to Robert Anderson, he was very understanding and willing to find another driver once I knew that Miami was clear. Once I was certain that the city was not going to be hit and I could fly back there, I asked him if he could find a driver for pickup within a couple days. 4 days later a driver contacted me to arrange pickup.
